Taught by an instructor with over 30 years of real estate experience from a manual created for passing.   

Free tutoring  and practice tests are provided as part of the class!

24-HR Practice Course: 

 Manual of contracts along with information to aide toward success in real estate as a profession. 

To become a new Missouri licensee both classes above are required - 

Pre-Exam course must be taken first! 

      Courses are held at the:

                                   Grain Valley Airport Board Room                 

            600 East Kirby Road   Grain Valley, MO  64029

          Pre-License Course Fee   $400.00 

              24 Hr. Practice Course $250.00

Coffee and water provided                 

Refrigerator and microwave available

You are welcome to bring snacks and beverage

Dress is casual but layer due to room and seasonal temperature changes

              Bring a highlighter, pen, and pencil 

Bring a basic calculator  (non programable) which is required for state exam
