 24- HR Practice Course: 

 A manual of contracts and information is to help you toward your success in real estate as a profession. 

To become a new Missouri licensee both the Pre-Exam

 and 24-Hr Practice classes are required - Pre-Exam class must be taken first!  

                                 Classes are held at the:  Grain  Valley Airport Board Room                 

                  600 East Kirby Road   Grain Valley, MO  64029

                Pre-License Course Fee   $400.00 

                   24 Hr. Practice Course $250.00

Breaks Hourly / Lunch on your own

Coffee and water provided                 

Refrigerator and microwave available

You are welcome to bring snacks and beverage

Dress is casual but layer due to room and seasonal temperature changes

              Bring a highlighter, pen, and pencil 

Bring a basic calculator  (non programable) which is required for state exam
