About

Since licensed in real estate in 1986, I always aspired to be the best in the real estate profession I could be while staying true to my mission of helping others and always being honest and ethical in all that I do.

With always a desire to learn and achieve knowledge I was in lending from 1990-1998 until the branch sold. Starting as a mortgage fraud auditor, then processor/closer, and finally a loan officer. I cherish that experience which enlightened my knowledge and appreciation of the lending and closing process.

As a former real estate trainer and designated managing broker, I found from this experience that agents do desire to learn, and there is a need for supervision to ensure everyone follows rules and regulations within the real estate industry.

Besides having held local and state leadership positions, I served 3 years on Grievance and 4 years on the Professional Standards committees. My Code of Ethics course is approved for NAR requirement.

Becoming an instructor in 2004, my goal is to teach others to achieve. So, whether you have already gotten your license in real estate or desire to obtain your real estate license, my courses will be beneficial toward your success.
